What can you do to prepare for christmas minis in studio ?
Before Your Session
• Arrive 5–10 minutes early so everyone is ready to go at your scheduled time.
• If another family is inside when you arrive, please wait outside until the studio is clear.
• Sessions are for immediate family only — parents and children only, no extended family.
• If grandparents are added on, it is an additional $25 per person.
• No outfit changes — please arrive dressed and ready.
• Late arrivals will affect your session. If you are 10 minutes late, then you have 10 minutes less in your session. If you
arrive after your session end time, you will not be seen as these sessions are booked back-to-back and it is not fair to
other clients.
Including Pets
• Pets are welcome only if your session is the last of the day.
• This ensures the studio can be thoroughly cleaned afterward for clients with allergies.
Payment & Policies
• Sessions must be paid in full two weeks before your session date.
• Retainer fees are NON-refundable — no exceptions.
• If you cancel (for any reason, including sickness), your retainer cannot be applied to a future session.
Health & Wellness
• Do not bring sick children.
• No fevers, green nasal discharge, or wet coughs will be permitted.
• If a child appears ill, the session will not begin and you will be asked to leave.
• This policy helps keep the studio germ-free and protects all families.
Appearance & Cleanliness
• Make sure your children arrive clean and photo-ready.
• Faces must be free of crust, snot, saliva, eye boogers, or dirt.
• I will have baby wipes on hand, but edits to remove snot are an additional charge.
• Nails should be trimmed and clean, especially for kids, as hands often end up near faces.
• Remove temporary tattoos before the session — there is an additional fee to retouch these

you step into the studio. Holiday sessions are meant not only to capture a beautiful shot of everyone smiling and looking
their best, but also to create memories and have fun together.
